DuTrax company for the production of fire engines and equipment (hereinafter: the Company) undertakes to protect your personal data in order to exercise the right to personal data protection in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT I COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC – General Data Protection Regulation).

When required by the Regulation, the Company also informs respondents about personal data breaches without undue delay.

The Company does not process data that could pose a high risk to the rights and freedoms of respondents.
However, if a certain processing exceptionally meets the conditions of high risk, the Company will, before processing, conduct an assessment of the impact of the envisaged processing procedures on the protection of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation.
