When you communicate with the Company as a business client, supplier or business partner, we may collect the following information:

• Name and address of the company you work for,
• Company OIB,
• Other information you share with us that you want to remain confidential.

At the time of submitting your data, you agree to contact us and thus give us the right to process your personal data in accordance with the specified purpose.

We do not require you to send us this information in order to give you access to your site and we do not ask you to disclose more information than is really necessary to participate in any activity on our site.

The company, as the processing manager, keeps records of processing activities that contain:

• Name and contact details of the controller or data protection officer,
• The log accesses the directory with personal data,
• Purpose of processing,
• Description of categories of respondents and categories of personal data,
• Categories of recipients to whom personal data have been or will be disclosed, including recipients in third countries or international organizations.
• Scheduled deadlines for deleting various categories of data,
• General description of technical and organizational security measures

When you send us an e-mail with personally identifiable information, either by e-mail with a question or comment or by the form you send us by e-mail, we use that information to fulfill your requests.

The Company ensures that in the event of a personal data breach without undue delay and, if feasible, no later than 72 hours after learning of the breach, in accordance with the Regulation, notifies the Personal Data Protection Agency of the personal data breach, unless it is unlikely that the personal data breach cause a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals.

When required by the Regulation, the Company also informs respondents about personal data breaches without undue delay.

The Company does not process data that could pose a high risk to the rights and freedoms of respondents.

However, if a certain processing exceptionally meets the conditions of high risk, the Company will, before processing, conduct an assessment of the impact of the envisaged processing procedures on the protection of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation.
